Twilight Roll by flamevulture17 Twilight Roll by flamevulture17
I liked this drawing a lot, but only did a vector of it at the beginning of the year. I wanted a background sufficient enough for this vector, but lacked the skill to do one. Here we are nine months later, updated with an appropriate background to go with the pose. Though I still need to add a few touches later on. The title has also been changed from the previous "Twilight Roll."

So I went ahead and finally edited this for the third time, just to bring out the color and horn glow more. That's enough for this piece.

So detailed and nicely thought out. Clearly this taken time and effort love the position and the proportion of this. Great work :D

The original vector was done before I started making pony profiles, this is one of the inspirations for them. :meow:

This is really really impressive. Question though, how did you yourself do the stars? When I vector a night sky, I usually just make each one individually (which is a pain) So I was wondering if you had an alternative method.

It's pretty much rapid copy and paste of tiny circles of different size. There's no easy way around it, but it's more precise when you make each one individually. It does take longer, yes, but the pay off is more satisfying. :meow:
